12、ww.ten- 抗扭刚度主要表达车身的结实程度。不结实的车,在一个轮子上了马路牙子的时候,都能看到车身的微微 变形,这个就是抗扭刚度造成的。抗扭刚度有静态和动态2种,除此之外还有静态抗弯刚度指标。这些指 标都是越高越好(成本和其它条件所限,不会太高)。举一个比较严重的例子:曾经有媒体试车试架某国产 车(不是我隐瞒,原消息里就没提到品牌),经过了激烈驾驶后,车身刚度不够造成车身变型,车门打不开, 记者被卡在车里出不来,后来动用了救援工具才得以脱身.当代的乘坐用汽车,对静态抗扭刚度一般要求达到4,000 9,000 Nm/deg范围内,高性能车要求更高 的数值,一般在内 15,000-30,000

13、 N m/deg点评: Rolls Royce的Phantom,用沉重的车身换来了 4万牛米/度的静态抗扭刚度,这是一个相当高的值, 也是一个不得不提高的值,因为它的车身很重,马力很强劲。德国大众研发的1001匹马力怪兽布加迪威龙”,为了能够跑到400km/h,竟然造出了 6万牛米/度 的 恐 怖 级 车 身! (参 见url = . n-structural-design/url)大众途锐的车身有3万7千牛米/度的静态抗扭刚度,而且这个值是用承载式车身创造出来的。 BMW的7系虽然很大又长,但是其静态抗扭刚度也达到了 3万5千牛米/度,对于这样大的一个车身, 这个数值是很优秀的。宾利的大陆G

14、T convertible,动态抗扭刚度是30Hz,这对一款convertible来说是一个令人吃惊的数 据。(参见url = . nental-gtc-in-depth/url)马自达RX-8的静态抗扭刚度比RX-7增加了 100%,达到了 3万牛米/度,这也是唯一能在网上查到 的日本车的静态抗扭刚度数据了。还有一个相关的消息是Nissan 350乙一个试车的法国人问到了静态抗 扭刚度数据,但是没有得到回答。我觉得我特别能够理解这个法国人的想法,因为350Z早些年的款型, 车身实再是不够结实,最后只能在后行李箱里加装了一块门型的铝合金加强筋(新款解决了此问题,此 高级毛巾架再也不会出现了),
