23、t friend.教学反思祖杰小学课时教案第8单元 课题Dolls 第_4_课时 总_40_课时第8单元测试祖杰小学课时教案第8单元 课题Dolls 第_5_课时 总_41_课时 第四单元讲评课教学目的：纠正错误-分析得失，通过试卷讲评引导学生学会学习，学会考试。提炼概括-课前准备：1 对学生得失分情况进行统计，确定讲评重点。平均分 90分以上 不及格人数 四（1）四（2）2 将试卷提前发给学生，要求学生初步订正错题，分析错因，进行个别谈话。教学过程：Step 1 Preparation多数同学取得了好成绩，但有个别同学由于种种原因，没有取得理想成绩。希望本节课的试卷讲评能找到自己失分的原因，在以后的学习中找到更合理的方法。95分以上的同学得一颗红星，没有得到奖励的别灰心，我们马上“糖葫芦比赛”。Step 2 Presentation and practiceStep 3 Progress针对你自己的卷子，说说失分的原因。学生互相交流。针对容易出错的重难点，老师总结。Homework：复习试卷上的错题，并整理在自己的错题本上。教后反思：
