4、机构大修除结合本体大修外，还需78年进行一次。由于现场条件的限制，断路器的本体及机构中的弹簧元件一般不能现场解体。如有需要应告知制造厂派人检修或送回厂检修。3. 检修准备工作 （1）根据运营、实验及上次检修遗留问题等查清所有缺陷，明确检查内容重点项目及技术措施。（2）组织好人力，安排好进度，讨论贯彻任务。（3）作好技术准备，准备好登记表格和检修技术资料。（4）准备好检修用品、材料、仪表、备品、备件等运至现场。（5）按安全规程规定办理工作票，完毕检修动工手续。4. 设备的检修与调节4.1. 维护和检修4.1.1. 检修措施4.1.1.1. 回收断路器中SF6气体：运用充放装置将断路器内的SF6气

5、体进行回收。4.1.1.2. 触头和喷口检查（见图18）4.1.1.3. 静触头检查：如图18A卸下六个M12螺栓18-1，用两个M12的螺钉将静触头座18-4顶起来，细心取出静弧触头座。检查静弧触头18-11的烧损状况，如果静弧触头烧损严重需要更换，可按图18C所示用扳手18-10拆下进行更换。4.1.1.4. 动弧触头和喷口检查更换：检查喷口18-13和动弧触头18-15的烧损状况，可按图18D所示用喷口装配工具18-12插入喷口18-13槽中拧松拆下；用装配工具18-14插入动弧触头18-15槽中拧松拆下，并将其取出进行更换。在装配喷口18-13时，未完全旋入前稍感有些紧，必须进一步旋入

7、砂布清理出线端子18-6和电源引出线18-7的接触面，并涂Z型导电脂。4.1.2. 手动操作装置的安装见图124.1.2.1. 打开框架底板12-6盖板。4.1.2.2. 在起重杆12-8的螺丝和端部12-10的轴承里加润滑油。4.1.2.3. 将轴承12-10及螺母12-9套在起重杆12-8上。4.1.2.4. 通过机构箱的底孔将起重杆12-8固定在拐臂12-11上，将套筒扳手12-4套在转动螺母12-9上。4.1.2.5. 顺时针方向旋转螺母12-9，断路器分闸，逆时针旋转螺母12-9断路器合闸。4.1.2.6. 手动分闸时，要用手按分闸电磁铁以释放锁销与合闸保持掣子的啮合后方可手动分闸。

9、上、下接线端子之间接一校验灯（或蜂鸣器）；4.1.4.2. 手动操作断路器至分闸位置测量A1B1；4.1.4.3. 手动合闸，当校验灯刚亮（或蜂鸣器刚响）时刻，即为刚合位置，测量A2；4.1.4.4. 继续合闸，直到手动操作装置松动，即为合闸位置，测量触A3、B2；4.1.4.5. 按表5进行有关计算，并与技术规定比较，检查其与否合格；4.1.4.6. 断路器处在分闸位置，合闸弹簧处在储能状态，测量滚柱与储能位置凸轮的间隙G。4.2. 调节4.2.1. 若G3间隙不符合技术规定，调节可按图5调节5-10夹叉的旋入尺寸。4.2.2. 分、合闸电磁铁配合间隙的检查：分、合闸电磁铁的配合间隙，一般不

10、须进行调节，但为了避免有误现场应进行复查，复查间隙的参数规定见表2，具体位置见图14、图15，具体检查措施如下：4.2.2.1. 测量分闸电磁铁配合间隙时，断路器应处在合闸位置，操动机构应插入分闸防动销14-6进行测量。4.2.2.2. 测量合闸电磁铁配合间隙时，断路器应处在分闸位置，操动机构应插入合闸防动销进行测量。4.2.3. 电磁铁的调节尺寸F的调节：松开螺母14-3，对称拧动螺钉14-2，调节限位尺寸。尺寸G的调节：松开螺母14-1，拧动铁芯杆，移动铁芯撞头位置。尺寸C的调节：松开螺母15-4，对称拧动螺钉15-3，调节限位尺寸。尺寸D、E的调节：松开螺母15-2，拧动铁芯杆，移动铁芯

11、撞头位置。注意：由于电磁铁的各配合间隙是互相联系的，因此每调一种尺寸，对其她尺寸应进行复查，直到所有合格为止，最后锁紧螺母。4.3. 抽真空和充SF6的环节4.3.1.1. 抽真空4.3.1.1.1. 在设备的供气口图7E阀与真空泵间接好充气管。4.3.1.1.2. 在检查好泵的转向后启动真空泵，确认气道无泄露后再启动设备上的阀门。4.3.1.1.3. 在真空度达到1mmHg（133Pa）后继续抽30min。4.3.1.1.4. 当停机时，应先关上通向真空泵的阀门E及所有设备的阀门，严防真空泵油倒入设备中。4.3.2. 充SF6气体：见图164.3.2.1. 拆下E阀上的盖板16-9，并清理其

12、密封面，打开阀E，然后同步打开阀D和阀A见图7，运用灭弧室内原有的SF6气体，吹除管道内的空气，然后关闭阀D，阀A。4.3.2.2. 拆下SF6气瓶封盖16-8，与气管螺母16-5连接，并紧固。4.3.2.3. 气管接头16-2与阀E连接时，先留出一种间隙，先后打开SF6气瓶阀门和减压阀，用SF6气体吹出管内空气后关闭减压阀，迅速上紧接头17-2，其“O”形密封圈不涂密封胶。4.3.2.4. 完毕以上工作后，按图7检查阀A、阀B、阀C、阀D与否完全打开，调节减压阀和气瓶阀门，使减压阀出口压力保持在0.20.5Mpa范畴内。4.3.2.5. 观测设备的SF6压力表，当表压达到表4规定的压力值略高

13、0.020.03Mpa，先关闭阀E，再关闭气瓶阀门和减压阀。4.3.2.6. 取下充气管接头16-2，安装阀门盖板16-9（小心密封圈脱落）充气工作完毕。4.3.3. SF6气体漏气率检测：用SF6气体检漏仪对设备灭弧室的各个密封面以及SF6管道进行检测，如果未发现漏点，则觉得设备漏气率合格，如果发现漏点，按图17用塑料薄膜进行包扎，放置24小时后，检测塑料薄膜内SF6气体浓度。4.3.4. SF6气体微水含量检测：SF6气体的取样阀仍为阀E（参见图7）。按照测量仪器的规定进行有关操作，打开阀E时应缓慢拧动，测量完毕后应关闭阀E。设备投运前SF6气体水分含量不应超过150ppm。4.4. 实验

14、4.4.1. 操作中应注意：SF6气体压力低于闭锁压力时，不得操作。4.4.2. 主回路电阻测量：断路器处在合闸状态，用回路电阻测试仪测量灭弧室上、下接线端子间的回路电阻，其值不应超过50。4.4.3. 绝缘电阻测量：用1000V摇表测量辅助主回路接线端子间和主回路对地的绝缘电阻，其测量值应不不不小于1000M，用500V摇表测量辅助回路对地绝缘电阻，其测量值不不不小于10M。4.4.4. SF6密度控制器动作值的检查：关闭灭弧室阀门D（参见图7）用万用表测量SF6密度控制器有关接点的通断状况，慢慢打开阀E，使SF6管道中SF6气压缓缓下降，可测出补气报警压力值和SF6闭锁压力值。关闭阀E慢慢

15、打开阀D，使灭弧室内SF6气体缓慢进入气管，管路中的SF6气压徐徐上升，可测出补气报警复位压力值和SF6闭锁复位压力值，其测量成果应符合表4规定。4.5. 安装、调试、实验完毕后的最后检查a） 再次检查螺钉、螺栓、螺母与否紧固；、b） 再次检查轴销，挡圈与否安装对的可靠；c） SF6气压与否在额定值；d） 有关自动开关与否关合，就地远方转换开关与否在所需位置；e） 机构箱及框架内杂物与否清除；f） 所有盖板与否已盖上并紧固，机构箱及框架顶上杂物与否已清除；g） 分、合闸防动销与否已解除。5. 设备图纸（英文版 ） easily blame, to prevent the broken wind
