7、展交流与合作的平台。培训内容：本期研修班包括专题讲座、外地参观考察两部分。专题讲座涵盖中国国情、中国的改革开放和经济发展、中国新一代领导集体治国理政新理念新思想新战略、中国的机械行业管理体制：包括政府在机械产业中的作用、促进机械产品出口的政策与措施等；中国的机械产品对外贸易与经贸合作，包括主要机械产品对外贸易现状，加工贸易、引进外资的现状与措施，机械行业对发展中国家贸易、投资的现状及展望等；中小企业的发展经验、重点行业发展战略等。研修班官员还将赴广东省广州市、深圳市、佛山市和中山市对产业聚集的先进制造业进行参观考察，将安排参观当地外向型的电机、发动机、农业机械、汽车制造企业，并与当地政府官员就
