1、一、 商务合同的翻译1、Subject to special provisions explicitly provided for in the Agreement, if either party has been prevented from performing its obligation under the agreement because of an event of force majeure such as earthquake, storm, flood, fire, other acts of nature, epidemic, war riot, hostility,

8、ses of the joint venture company shall be shared by the parties in proportion to their contributions to the registered capital.Any dispute arising from the execution of, or in connection with, the contract shall be settled through friendly consultations between parties. In case no settlement can be

9、reached through consultations, the disputes shall be submitted to the Foreign economic and Trade arbitration commission of the China Council for the promotion of International Trade for arbitration in accordance with its rules of procedure. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.二
