1、峤山中心小学德育导师制实施方案 一、指导思想 为全面贯彻落实?中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改良未成年人思想道德建设的假设干意见?和?关于进一步加强和改良未成年人思想道德建设实施意见?，进一步提高学校德育工作的针对性、主动性和实效性，探索新形势下我校德育工作的新路子、新方法，构建全员参与、全员育人的德育工作体系，全面提高我校德育工作的水平，结合学校实际，制定本实施方案。二、德育导师制的含义德育导师制是在“整体、合作、优化教育理念的指导下，将学校班级德育的诸多目标、诸多任务分解到担任“导师的科任教师身上，导师将依据“用心沟通、以德树德；竭诚交流、以情动情；刻意磨练、以志励志；修身垂范、以行导行的

2、育人原那么，做到既教书又育人，既管教又管导，从而形成整体合作、优化班级教师管理群的一种班级管理新模式。三、实施德育导师制的重要意义1、它是加强和改良青少年学生思想道德建设的需要学校是对青少年学生进行思想道德教育的主阵地，教书育人是每一个教师的职责，人人都是德育工作者是新时期、新形势赋予人民教师的育人新理念。学校必须改变仅仅依靠班主任、德育教师为主开展学生思想教育工作的片面认识和现状，让所有的教师包括职员工都自觉承当起青少年学生的思想道德建设工作，以德育导师制为载体，建立一支全员参与的德育工作队伍，使德育与智育有机结合，真正落实“全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的思想。2、它是学校德育创新的重要手
