1、青 浦 区 沈 巷 中 学我 的 学 习 单_ 学年 第二学期年级班级 _学生姓名 _教师姓名 _教师备课的几点要求（一）要对照教学大纲通读全册教材，了解全册教学内容和各章节在全册教材中的地位，明确哪些是重点章节或重点课文，并统筹全盘，安排好全学期的粗线条授课计划。对教材上的习题都应自己做一遍，对教材内容与习题如何相互配合做到心中有数。（二）要根据教学大纲、教学内容和学生基础确定每章、每节或每一课文的教学目的和要求。教学目的和要求要具体、集中、确切，切记一般化和抽象化。（三）按照教学目的的要求，认真组织和处理好教学内容。确定重点、难点及关键，并注意分散难点，减少坡度。不要平均使用力量，对最基础

2、的内容，要舍得花时间，把基础打扎实。（四）根据不同的学科，不同内容及学生的不同特点，选择恰当的教学方法，并充分利用现有的教学设备，提高教学效率。教学方法要有利于调动学生积极性，要考虑新旧知识的关系，贯彻理论联系实际的原则。要提倡启发学生积极思维，培养学生读书的能力；要克服满堂灌的教学方法。（五）要精心选择和设计练习，充分发挥每道练习题的作用。练习题要有利于学生理解和巩固所学的知识；要有利于培养分析问题和解决问题的能力。课外作业要精选、适当，要注意教学效果的反馈，重视作业的评讲与订正。不要盲目布置作业。（六）认真写好备课教案及课后教学笔记，不断提高教学水平和积累教学资料。摘自上海市中学教学工作的
