1、青 浦 区 沈 巷 中 学我 的 学 习 单_ 学年 第二学期年级班级 _学生姓名 _教师姓名 _教师备课的几点要求(一)要对照教学大纲通读全册教材,了解全册教学内容和各章节在全册教材中的地位,明确哪些是重点章节或重点课文,并统筹全盘,安排好全学期的粗线条授课计划。对教材上的习题都应自己做一遍,对教材内容与习题如何相互配合做到心中有数。(二)要根据教学大纲、教学内容和学生基础确定每章、每节或每一课文的教学目的和要求。教学目的和要求要具体、集中、确切,切记一般化和抽象化。(三)按照教学目的的要求,认真组织和处理好教学内容。确定重点、难点及关键,并注意分散难点,减少坡度。不要平均使用力量,对最基础

2、的内容,要舍得花时间,把基础打扎实。(四)根据不同的学科,不同内容及学生的不同特点,选择恰当的教学方法,并充分利用现有的教学设备,提高教学效率。教学方法要有利于调动学生积极性,要考虑新旧知识的关系,贯彻理论联系实际的原则。要提倡启发学生积极思维,培养学生读书的能力;要克服满堂灌的教学方法。(五)要精心选择和设计练习,充分发挥每道练习题的作用。练习题要有利于学生理解和巩固所学的知识;要有利于培养分析问题和解决问题的能力。课外作业要精选、适当,要注意教学效果的反馈,重视作业的评讲与订正。不要盲目布置作业。(六)认真写好备课教案及课后教学笔记,不断提高教学水平和积累教学资料。摘自上海市中学教学工作的
