1、 课程名称:模具设计与制造院 系: 机械工程系 学 号: 20107150 姓 名: 龚华德 指导教师: 雷代明 西南交通大学峨眉校区实验一 Mastercam9.0模具加工基础 一个产品试制成功后,要进行批量生产,首要程序是进行模具的设计与制造,而这个程序也是决定生产出来的产品是否符合客户、设计人员初始设想的关键因素。在CADCAM技术尚未广泛应用之前,模具的设计与制造皆依赖于老师傅的手艺和经验,导致模具设计与制造的差异性大,同时带来产品修改难、技术延续难等一系列问题。CADCAM技术在模具行业中的应用,极大地提高了模具设计与制造的精度、效率和相容性。而Mastercam模具设计与制造一体化

2、软件在我国的模具行业中拥有庞大的用户群。Mastercam 模具设计加工的一般流程Mastercam是一套被模具行业广泛采用的CADCAM系统,其强大的CAD部分足以应付任何复杂的模具设计,而CAM部分则提供完整的二轴、三轴、四轴和五轴铣削加工。利用Mastercam的CAD部分对产品建立模型后,就可以通过其CAM部分选择加工方式、加工刀具、设定加工参数、计算NC刀具路径、实体切削模拟结果等步骤,在检验一切无误后,选择对应的后处理器将刀具路径转换成数控机床所能接受的NC代码,再利用DNC方式传输给CNC控制器进行加工。下面介绍Mastercam模具设计加工的一般流程。 自己设计一简单二维零件,

A0.N654 M30%实验二 凸凹模具设计造型自己设计一简单零件,将该零件的凸凹模设计出来并打印。利用凸模扒出凹模1、 创建一个凸模,实体旋转造型 1)创建一条100mm直线。 2)点曲线-手动画曲线,用鼠标捕捉直线端点,任意几点,形成封闭曲线,如图1-1。 3)点击实体-实体旋转,利用之前画出的曲线形成旋转体,如图

23、1-2。图1-1图1-22、创建凹模实体 1)创建立方体,如图2-1所示; 2)选Length输入长200; 3)选Width输入宽100; 4)选Height,输入高50; 5)选择把凸模与创建成的长方体进行实体-布尔运算-切割,图2-2,结果如图2-3所示:图2-1图2-2图2-3图2-4 成型凸凹模3、保存:file 凹模.MCX-5实验三 铣削加工复杂零件轮廓加工一、实验目的通过较复杂零件轮廓的加工,进一步熟悉和掌握数控系统常用指令的编程与加工工艺,加深对数控铣床工作原理的了解。二、实训仪器与设备(1)配备三菱加工中心一台。(2)毛坯一件(材料为石蜡),908330如图44所示。(3)

24、 12立铣刀一把,6麻花钻一根。三、相关知识概述数控铣床的主要加工对象为平面类零件、箱体类零件和曲面类零件。如果换上孔加工刀具,还能进行数控钻、镗、锪、铰及攻螺纹等孔加工操作。由于数控铣床没有刀具库,不具有自动换刀功能,所以其加工程序的编制比较简单;通常数值计算量不大的平面轮廓加工程序或孔加工程序可直接通过手工编程完成。编程时选择合适的坐标位置编程方式可使程序简化,减少数值计算工作量。坐标位置编程方式有绝对指令方式和相对指令方式两种,主要根据图纸上尺寸的标注方式来选择。当加工尺寸由一个固定基准给定时,采用绝对指令方式编程较为方便。当加工尺寸是以轮廓o顶点之间的间距给出时,采用相对指令方式编程较

25、为方便。(1)绝对值编程指令(G90)和相对值编程指令(G91)。格式:式中,G90为绝对值编程指令,每个坐标轴上的编程值是相对于程序原点的;G91为相对值编程指令,每个坐标轴上的编程值是相对于前一位置而言的,该值等于沿坐标轴移动的距离。G90、G91为模态功能指令,G90为缺省值。 (2)固定循环指令(G98,G99)固定循环指令的程序格式包括数据形式、返回点平面、孔加工方式、孔位置数据、孔加工数据和循环次数。数据形式(G90或G91),在程序开始时就已指定,因此,在固定循环指令的程序格式中可不注出。格式 图61 G73指令动作图 图62 G74指令动作图式中,第一个G代码(G98或者G99

26、)为返回点平面G代码,G98为返回初始平面,G99为返回R点平面;第二个G代码为孔加工方式,即固定循环代码G73(高速深孔加工指令),G74,G76和G81G89中的任一个(G73、G74指令动作图,如图6l、图62所示);X、Y为孔位数据,指被加工孔的坐标位置;Z为R点到孔底的距离(G9l时)或孔底坐标(G90时);R为初始点到R点的距离(G91时)或R点的坐标值(G90时);Q为每次进给深度(G73或G83时),增量值,Q0;I、J为刀尖向反方向的移动量(分别在X、y轴向上);P为刀具在孔底的暂停时间;F为刀具切削进给速度;L为固定循环的次数。四、实验内容 (1)根据数控系统的程序格式,编

27、制如图1-1所示零件的加工程序。图1-1 加工零件图 (2)根据上述加工零件制定加工工艺。 1)工艺分析技术要求本实验加工零件的毛坯如图1-2所示,毛坯的大平面经过预先铣削加工,材料为石蜡。图1-2 零件毛坯图加工工艺的确定加工方式:由零件图和毛坯图可知,该零件需要进行铣削和钻削加工。装夹定位的确定:为了在一次装夹后完成所有的加工,所准备的毛坯增加了一个工艺厚度,可以利用它将其装夹在乎口钳上,在加工完零件形状后再设法去除。 加工刀具的确定,平铣刀(12、6)各1把,麻花钻(16)一把。切削用量:主轴转速300rmin,进给速度150mmmin。、2)数学计算。建立工件坐标系。根据零件图中的尺寸
