PURPOSE 目的The purpose of this Site Standard is to achieve a consistent approach on the GD DP LNG Trunkline project to the delivery and monitoring of Tool Box Talks. 本场地标准的目的是为了使广东大鹏液化天

4、然气管线工程在进行工具箱谈话及监控工具箱谈话时采用一致的方法。2. SCOPE 范围This Site Standard describes the methods to be adopted when preparing and performing Tool Box Talks on the GD DP LNG Trunkline Project.场地标准描述了广东大鹏液化天然气管线工程在准备和进行工具箱谈话时所采用的方法。This standard applies to Company, Contractors and sub-contractors. 本标准适用于合资公司、承包商和分包

5、商。No individual or group shall be permitted to commence a work activity until they have received a pre-job Safety Brief/Toolbox Talk that, as a minimum, makes them fully aware of the hazards and control measure related to the activity. 任何个人及工作组在没有收到工作前平安介绍/工具箱谈话时,不能开始任何工作,至少工作前平安介绍/工具箱谈话让他们完全知道所从事工作

9、SPONSIBILITIES 责任l The GD DP LNG Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring that this procedure is issued and implemented at the GD DP LNG Trunkline Project. 广东大鹏液化天然气施工经理负责确保在广东大鹏液化天然气管线工程里公布并执行本程序。l All Supervisors are responsible for delivering Toolbox Talks to workers in their charge. 所有的监

PROCEDURE 程序6.1Daily Too

11、lbox Talks 每日工具箱谈话The contractor and sub-contractors management shall introduce Daily Toolbox Talks and these shall be given at the start of each shift or commencement of an activity. Contractors and sub-contractors line supervision in a language understood by the workforce and shall address the app

12、lication of safety rules and procedures to the hazards of the current work. The duration of the Daily Toolbox Talk shall typically be five (5) minutes, but particularly hazardous operations (e.g. Confined Space Entry) may require extended talks.承包商和分包商的管理层应提出每日的工具箱谈话,并且应在轮班前或活动开始前进行工具箱谈话。承包商和分包商的一线监

14、e workforce. The sub-contractors safety representatives, line supervision and/or management shall conduct the Toolbox talks. Topics shall be agreed between the Contractors HSE Department and the Sub-contractor. 承包商和分包商的管理层应当在每周的工作开始前用工人能清楚理解的语言进行1520分钟的每周工具箱谈话。分包商的平安代表、现场一线监督人员及/或管理人员应当参与工具箱谈话。承包商的H

Language difficulties may prove to

16、be an obstacle to effective communication and where necessary a translator shall be provide to ensure the whole work party fully understands the content of the talk.应当给监督人员提供和工作环境最相吻合的培训,语言问题可能是有效沟通的障碍,如有必要,应提供翻译人员已确保各方都完成理解谈话的内容。6.4Recording Attendance 参会记录Individual signatures shall record attenda

17、nce at Daily and Weekly Toolbox Talks.
