37、ct ple_ion.For those unfamiliar with this e_otic ingredient, the birds nest is not a bundle of twigs, but is, instead, the dried secretion that cave swifts use to build their nest.Technically, its bird saliva, but the Chinese believe that it has collagen-boosting properties essential to beauty.To me
