In many cases, students obtain certificates wi

26、thout receiving any training at all. Worst of all, this certificate craze has driven many students to have their certificates fabricated, leading to serious damages on their moral integrity. It can be asserted that a large proportion of certificates generated amid this craze are worthless. It should

27、 be pointed out that, even if many certificates are genuine, they are primarily vocational in nature, making their holders people of practical skills, rather than original thinkers. If this craze persists, we are bound to have more and more technicians and engineers, instead of people of vision and
