1、Oxford English 8A下 Unit6 ReadingA教学设计方案从化市吕田中学 曾东秀 课题名称Oxford English 8A下 Unit 6 Reading A科 目English年级Grade 8教学时间45 minutes课型阅读课学情分析八年级学生通过学习,积累了一定的外国文学知识,为学习马克吐温的汤姆索亚历险记打下基础,课文中汤姆刷墙的故事贴近学生的生活,容易引起他们学习的兴趣。教材分析本课是Oxford English 8A下 Unit 6的第一篇阅读文章,主要学习马克吐温的汤姆索亚历险记中的汤姆刷墙小故事,从而加深学生对世界名著的认识,培养学生文学修养,提高学习

2、英语的兴趣,并在此过程中渗透阅读微技能,为后面的学习打下一定的基础。教学目标一、情感态度与价值观1.通过谈论汤姆索亚历险记,帮助学生了解外国文学,拓展学生的视野和语言文学常识。2通过.学习汤姆刷墙的故事,培养学生阅读文学作品的习惯,帮助学生初步建立文学鉴赏能力和培养高尚的情操。二、过程与方法1.创设真实情景引入,配合媒体、表情、动作等进行视听说演示,激发学生兴趣,积极参与到课堂中。2.根据学生实际对教材进行整合,指导学生培养阅读策略和技能,精讲多练,增加学习内容的复现,巩固所学知识,及时反馈学习情况。三、知识与技能1.学习与掌握与新课文有关的单词与短语,例如fence,literature,t

3、herefore,joy,sort,coat,heart,guess和 have a rest,come by,come along,laugh at,go on doing, after a while,and so on,all sorts of,do a good job等。2.指导学生运用一定的阅读方法,完成阅读任务,理解课文,培养一些阅读技巧。3.引导学生根据重点单词和短语简单地复述所学故事。教学重点、难点1.熟练掌握所学的词汇和短语(如上)。培养一定的阅读方法和技巧,获取故事大意并能简单复述故事。2. 引导学生积极主动地学习,从教材以外了解与本课有关的文化背景知识、资料,并能与同学

Good! “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer”(课件1)T: Open your books at page82. Look at the heading, the introduction and the picture.Then ans

Fast reading: Ss read the passage fast and try to find out: Did Tom paint the fence actually? When did they paint the fence? Do you think who is the cleverest on

Reading skill: skim the story to get the main idea of the story and guess the meaning of the new words from the context.(课件3) 2.Reading for details: Ss read the story again answer the following questions: Who asked Tom to paint the fence? Who painted th

9、e fence at the end? Who gave a kite to Tom? Do you think Tom gave the brush to Ben willingly or not? Why? From which sentence in the article? Have Ss to check the answers in pairs,then in class. Finish the relevant exercises in Best English.课后反思1. 以猜名人形式引入故事学习,可以激起学生学习的兴趣,让学生尽快转入课堂学习,以后讲授相同类型的课型可借用相关的知识引入。2. 快速阅读全文获取文章大意再细读故事了解故事主要情节,通过做这类练习,让学生掌握和积累一定的阅读方法,主要要求学生会运用在文章中找相应内容的句子做题目的技巧,而且学生做的效果还不错,以后要坚持此类教法,切实提高学生的阅读理解能力。3. 课文知识和相关的语言知识讲解有点枯燥,较难集中学生的精力,以后注意在讲解中要穿插些贴近学生生活或让学生感兴趣的材料,以达到共鸣的效果。4
