Many employers go to particular institutions, and particular degree subjects hoping to find the kind of graduate they want. The government

50、 is now considering ways in which training in these skills can be built into every degree programmed offered.This may strike fear into the hearts of many university lecturers, who are already having to cope with much greater demands on their teaching and research skills.
